An electronic signature is the electronic, or digital, form of a handwritten, paper based method of signing signatures. We cryptographically bind these e-signatures to the document which protects the document from any subsequent changes, thereby ensuring data integrity.
Legally Binding & Enforceable
E-signatures are court admissible as each signature is capable of identifying the signatory and created using signing keys that they can maintain under their sole control.
An audit log for the entire history of a contract is available on the final page of the PDF contract. This ensures each document signed is as legally enforceable as a paper contract would be.
