What is a Unit?

A Unit would be the rentable element of a property. For example, a block of flats containing 10 separate flats with separate tenancies would equate to 10 Units.

How do I pay?

We accept direct debit as our payment method which is billed monthly.

Is there a minimum contract?

We run a month to month subscription for our users to allow complete flexibility.

Can I change my plan?

You can add or remove units to your plan at anytime during the month, a new plan will be applied at the end of the current month.

Will the price ever change?

Existing customers will have their pricing plan kept the exact same even if we update our pricing.
If you decide to upgrade or downgrade at a later date, the current pricing plan will apply.

Do I lose my data if I downgrade my subscription plan?

You will not lose any data for your properties, however you will only be able to view data on selected paid features and not amend it.

Do my tenants have to pay anything?

Absolutely not, tenants are free to use this platform and to keep their tenancies up to date.
